Shortage of space necessitated holding over until this week the full story of Waterford’s hurling debacle on St. Patrick’s Day.
The future if one can possess faith in such, is anything but bright for Waterford hurling. The Decies prestige and reputation slumped to unprecedented depths by the Leeside when Cork, in effortless fashion, handed out a thirty-three points trouncing to the visitors. Ironically enough, Waterford were fortunate to escape with such a deficit.
